Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and unworn.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gadhome.com before sending your item back. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and may not be returned to you.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@gadhome.com so we can assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Digital products and downloadable software.
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items purchased at a final discounted price.

6. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

7. European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To qualify, your item must still be in the same condition as received — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gadhome.com and we will investigate promptly.
